Dr Kirksey attended medical school at The Ohio State University. After completing general surgery training followed by a vascular surgery fellowship at Beth Israel Medical Center and Mount Sinai Medical Center he continues active practice at The Penn Presbyterian Medical Center and appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor within The University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.
